PSB fitness campaign found by two PSB graduates, and decide to open new branches in Ontario.  It is with membership with Sheridan college and the main. target market will be students and youngsters. This campaign will offer cross fitness and yoga training, which will include special offers, membership, discounts etc. This programme is completely unique AND it is considering both physical and mental fitness. Cross fitness training will help to maintain the physical strength, The yoga will help in maintaining the mental fitness.  There will be two main centres in Mississauga (HMC Campus) and Brampton (Davis Campus).

It is seen and research that nowadays the people have start paying attention. Their physical appearance as we are also well awake that. due to busy and hectic schedules. People want place to relax their mental stress and diseases. This campaign offers high level training by the certified trainers. People can visit in any of the location.

The first preference is to provide an environment to customer in which they can comfortably continue their training.

The locations are well located in fully develop areas, which they get proper parking area as well as free Wi-Fi. The locations are open 24 hours. Proper lightning and spacious area with proper sanitization and conditioning.

DIFFERENT ROOMS FOR CROSS FITNESS AND YOGA

The sections for cross fitness training and yoga are different. The cross fitness includes high level and includes functional movements. Yoga includes silent environment to build up concentration.

PSB fitness gym is now available at Sheridan College in Hazel McCallion Campus. This gym is providing the services of cross fitness and yoga. Not only the students but also the faculty members and general people of Mississauga can take the advantage of this gym.

So, right now PSB fitness gym is here to provide their services at the Sheridan College  which is very helpful for everyone to become fit, stay healthy and away from all kind of diseases like heart related diseases, depression etc. Hazel McCallion Campus is at the center of the city. So, it is easy for general people to reach there and get the benefits.
