Originally known as the Austrian kipfel, the croissant gained its French name when puffed pastry, a French invention, was employed to make it. Croissants come in a variety of styles and fillings. However, the PSB Café serves croissants topped with beef and cheese. The goal of PSB Café is to offer the highest level of quality and quantity to all faculty members and students at the most reasonable price.
What is PSB Café?
PSB Café is in the coffee and snacks business. The ready-to-serve products in this sector include juices, smoothies, bagels, wraps, and instant brewed coffee. Gen Z is the primary target market for this sector. 48 percent of the audience who spends their time in coffee shops is between the ages of 18 and 24, according to a 2018 survey. The majority of this target group prefers and chooses iced beverages like cold brew and typically modifies their drink with less sugar or sugar-free because they are also health-conscious. The fact that you can spend an indefinite amount of time here with your friends to sit together and work in groups while enjoying the soft music being played in the background makes this spot about being on campus even more unique.
