Smoothies at PSB Cafe

Our Guest’s most favourite Strawberry and Cantaloupe Smoothie at PSB Cafe

The best way to stay cool this summer is with this nutritious Strawberry and Cantaloupe Smoothie recipe from our PSB Cafe, Mississauga. Our visitor in Mississauga and nearby cities are delighted. The ideal snack or light meal for when the temperatures start to rise and the sun is high in the sky is a fruity smoothie made with fresh strawberries, sweet cantaloupe, and banana.

Due to the fruits we use, our smoothies are incredibly creamy and naturally sweet. To make it vegan, we can delete the dairy; in addition, we can add a scoop of protein and make other changes.

The fact is, people who visit us adore our strawberry smoothie. The visitors adore drinking them because they are a tasty, healthful treat that is convenient to bring along when engaging in any activity outside.

We also like that we can give them pretty much everything they require, including fruit, protein, fibre, grains, and, if we really try, vegetables. Smoothies are therefore a win-win situation in our house.

Our Basic Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat milk (or juice)
  • 1/2 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana cut in chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries

How Do You Make Our Strawberry Smoothie?

  1. The liquids are added. In this instance, we first add a cup of low-fat milk to the blender.
  2. The yoghurt is then added after that. We do believe that using strawberry Greek yoghurt in this smoothie makes a difference. Greek yoghurt has a great thick, creamy texture and a tangy-sweet flavour. However, if we don’t have anything, we’re happy to leave it out per the customer’s request.
  3. The Fruit is added next. Since frozen fruit makes smoothies thicker and cooler, we prefer to use it.
  4. The smoothie is then thickened and chilled even further by the addition of ice.
  5. Then we blend everything together and serve it.

Our Cantaloupe Smoothie:

You must try our cantaloupe smoothie if you enjoy melons! It is so deliciously cooling and packed with nutrients including vitamins and antioxidants.
Our PSB cafe’s cantaloupe smoothie is loaded with nutrients that are good for our health. Cantaloupe is not given enough credit, in our opinion, compared to other fruits.
Even if someone is not a fan of cantaloupe, we guarantee that after having our wonderful smoothie, they will rush to the shop.
Our smoothies provide your digestive system a break while being stuffed with vitamins, nutrients, and minerals. As it is nutritious and filling, our visitors eat it for breakfast, lunch, or as a snack.

Our Basic Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Cantaloupe chunks
  • Banana
  • Yogurt

How We Make Our Cantaloupe Smoothie?

  1. We obtain a freshly harvested, ripe cantaloupe, remove the skin, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds. One cup of cantaloupe is then cut into little pieces, and it is added to a high-speed blender.
  2. After that, we get a banana, cut it up, and add it to the blender.
  3. Then, we add one cup of almond milk and a half cup of vegan yoghurt to the blender.
  4. After that, the ingredients are processed until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
  5. We then immediately serve the cantaloupe smoothie after pouring it into a glass.
