As a prospective post-secondary student, we know you have many questions. That’s why, by attending to our webinar you can learn more about the following key features that our partnerships have and how you can benefit from them.

  • Specialized academic advisors: While having a range of courses to enrol to in between faculties is exciting, it might also be challenging. That’s why we got the best advisors to help you shape your curriculum. If you’re looking to transfer to a university, our advisors will take the weight from you and provide a clean pathway to transfer without any hassle.
  • Seamless credit transfer with partners: Make all of your courses worth by not losing any credits within transfers in our partner institutions. Sheridan College ensures that the courses you are taking will contribute to credits in any of the institutions of our network. This is because of our content design for courses that blend seamlessly with other’s from universities and colleges. Learn valuable information that can be used in other institutions and in the work environment.
  • Cost reduction & Time value: By transferring credits not only you can save money but also better spend your time in school. As universities and colleges accept your credits, you won’t need to take those classes again, which takes out their value from your tuition and gives you the chance to take other courses to graduate earlier and not repeat classes and content you already know.
  • Networking opportunity: Universities and colleges constantly hold events for students with different themes and purposes, some of them being art-related or entrepreneurships. These big activities are not only full of students just as you but interested industry professionals. This is a great opportunity to network and meet people that are in the industry or students that could potentially be a valuable contact in the future.
  • Access to unmatched experiences: These events are different from the ones from museums or cities. They are made for students. Not everybody can be in many of these events from different universities. Experience the work and projects of students from a wide range of backgrounds and education, that can help you broad your mind and better your abilities.
  • Improve personal and academic projects: Having access to the facilities of other colleges and universities, gives you the chance to use resources that otherwise weren’t available at your home institution and make better any projects for classes or even for personal intentions. Have the best of all worlds!
  • Student life: By having access to their facilities, you can experience the student life of both your home campus and theirs. Be a part of a bigger network of students in Ontario and experience all the activities and social life of the most beautiful campuses in the province.
  • Wider access to contests: Have the possibility to participate in Sheridan’s competitions for students, and other universities and colleges contests. You get to be in the best more noticed stages in that otherwise you could only be in a few.
  • Cooperation between students: By participating on these contests from other institutions, you can meet people and be part of groups with many different students from other universities. Cooperating with them gives you the chance to learn from their experience and backgrounds as well as create better and more complete projects with the help of everybody.
  • Public recognition: By being able to participate in most of the competitions held by Ontario education institutions you can get your name to be recognized by companies and individuals interested in these contests. Remember that this is one of the places and moments that recruiters look at the most.
